You Agree and Confirm

1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Yingen Batik Sdn. Bhd. for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
2. That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Yingen Batik Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Yingen Batik Sdn. Bhd. has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
4. That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site.
5. That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

Reservation of Rights

If such modification is not possible, the relevant clause or provision shall be deemed deleted. The legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired by any such modification or severance, and shall continue in force as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause or provision was severed from these Terms.

 Entire Agreement

1. These Terms and Privacy Policy, read with the Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Yingen Batik Sdn. Bhd. and you, and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and undertakings between you and us, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Rights of Third Parties

1. A person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Malaysia Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or any similar legislation in any jurisdiction to enforce any of these Terms.

Fraud protection program

1. As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service department may call you at the phone number you provided or contact you via your e-mail address to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
2. Yingen Batik Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to conduct transaction verification processes, decline or cancel your order, reduce the quantity of your order and/or terminate your account without prior notice if these Terms are violated. You may receive a callback or email from our Customer Service conducting transaction verification related to an order.

Governing Law

1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed in accordance with the law of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
2. You agree that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation.

Refund/ cancellation policy

1. Are the sold goods returnable?
   We do not accept return after the goods are received by our customer. Please check that goods ordered are received in good condition upon delivery. However, in very rare situations where our products are found defective upon unboxing, you may return the goods to us. For more information, please contact our customer service.
2. How do I request for a refund?
   We do not provide refund for confirmed purchase. For faulty products or others, please contact our customer service within 3 days from your received date. We will assess your case and provide refunds on valid requests.
3. I realized that I have ordered the wrong items only when the good is delivered to me, can I request for an exchange?
   Unfortunately, goods sold are not exchangeable. Kindly check your orders at the order summary page before checking out. Reasons below are not considered defective :
   • Ordered the wrong product at our website
   • Slight variations on product color from website images.
   • Slight product measurement variation.
   • Self-inflicted damage to the item.

If your reason does not fall under any of the above, our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Please take a snapshot of the faulty area and send us an email at admin@yingenbatik.com , or contact our customer service with your order number. We will inform you on the next steps once we assess the issue.

Please note, postage fee for returned products need to bear by the buyer. A replacement or refund will only be given for products that are returned to us.
